Margaret Riley

Margaret Riggins is Managing Director and Partner with Republic Commercial Land & Brokerage, LLC. She is proficient in land sales and acquisitions in Central Texas and has represented a range of clients from path of growth investment, single family, multifamily and industrial development as well as recreational land buyers.

Prior to founding Republic Commercial, Margaret worked at Riley-McLean Land for eight years where she started her real estate career and helped develop the robust mapping software that Republic Commercial utilizes today. This proprietary GIS mapping system provides clients with consummate market knowledge and data in real time to help drive properly informed real estate decisions. She accredits her success to the deep relationships created with her clients, and local real estate knowledge paired with an analytical approach, and the incredible mentorship she has received over the years.

Margaret is an active member of Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), Texas Alliance of Land Brokers (TALB) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She currently serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Travis County, and chairman of the Workforce and Community Engagement Council for Texans CAN Academy – Austin, a nonprofit high school offering a second chance to students who have struggled in a traditional high school setting.
