Garrett graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Geography focusing on Geographic Information Science and has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2018. Seeking an avenue to apply this specialization to something he is passionate about, Garrett began his real estate career performing GIS analysis and map development for a local land brokerage. After two years as GIS manager, Garrett spent most of 2021 as a transaction coordinator, managing complex transactions and leveraging his analytical experience to become deeply knowledgeable in the Central Texas land market before moving into full-time agency in May 2022. Through his work analyzing and maintaining housing data, growth projections, and market comps, he has developed a keen eye for emerging markets and path of growth investments as the Austin MSA continues to expand. Garrett prides himself in providing facts-based and data-backed insights to a wide range of clients from recreational ranch buyers to speculative investors and developers. With a knowledge base rooted in data, Garrett also draws upon personal and prior work experiences in the land and ranch sphere, being an avid outdoorsman and having worked on ranches throughout high school and college.
