CORPUS CHRISTI- November 2023. Republic Commercial Land & Brokerage announces the launch of their Corpus Christi office, staffed by John Wallace, Aaron Guevara, and Rob Grainger with assistance from headquarters in Austin, TX.
John Wallace has been a partner at the farm and ranch brokerage Republic Ranches for over 8 years and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and farm and ranch brokerage business in the South Texas region. With the aid of Aaron Guevara and Rob Grainger, John will manage the Republic Commercial Land & Brokerage office in Corpus Christi. “We will still be selling farms and ranches while adding the commercial component to a group that has been incredibly successful in building and maintaining relationships,” said John Wallace.
Aaron Guevara has resided in the Coastal Bend area all of his life and lives with his wife and four sons in Port Aransas. Aaron has been an active broker in the real estate business for almost 20 years.
Rob Grainger is a broker associate with Republic Ranches. He has been with the brokerage since 2017 and active in real estate for over a decade. He and his wife live with their two sons in Corpus Christi.
Republic Commercial Land & Brokerage was formed to provide a commercial brokerage arm to Republic Ranches. The company principals are Jeff Boswell, Charles Davidson, John Wallace, Bryan Pickens, and Mark Matthews of Republic Ranches, with managing directors and partners Margaret Riggins and Jordan Johnson. Margaret and Jordan manage the Republic Commercial Land & Brokerage headquarters in Austin.
