Steven Boice

Steven Boice is an Austin native specializing in land brokerage across all major asset classes throughout Texas.

Steven graduated from Westlake High School and Texas Tech University. Following college, he spent six years serving in the United States Navy before returning to Austin and beginning his career in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining RCLB, Steven spent five years at Newmark as Director of Land Services, representing landowners, developers, builders, and investors in land transactions throughout Texas. While building his career in land brokerage, Steven continued his education at Georgetown University, where he earned his Master’s in Real Estate and Land Development.

Steven is actively involved in ULI Austin, RECA, and HBA. He also serves as President of the Lakeshore Municipal Utility District.
